Hi Divas- quick blog today. I am traveling to Orlando for work so my blogs will be fashion on the go! AS some of you may know that I work for a trade-show company. I just so happen to do the marketing for 2 major trade-shows that happen in the U.S. Some of you may have heard of KBIS and HD EXPO. I am all packed and actually waiting on my gate right now. I will keep you up dated on quick fashion tips for traveling first up is comfy shoes and my trust backpack.
I honestly don’t own that many pair of tennis shoes and the ones that I have are mainly Coach. They are very comfortable and can be found at TJMaxx, Ross and Macy’s all for a good deal!
My trusty Betsy Johnson backpack holds all my go to essentials. From my laptop to my lip gloss and of course snacks.. I can never travel without snacks. Make sure to follow me on my instgram account (emaneescloset) to stay instantly updated on my whereabouts while i’m traveling.
Didn’t I tell you ladies that NY&CO has been killing it with the jeans? These are another pair I picked up form them.. Online the lace looks black however it’s actually blue. No worries black blue..both are neutral colors! These jeans are apart of the boyfriend soho line and let me tell you, they are more than comfortable has stretch and they don’t shrink. I have been wearing a size 0 for the past 2 years however 0’s are starting to “fit” me way to snug so I bumped up to a size 2.. YAYAYAY I am gaining weight lol.. ladies this has been a struggle of mine all my life. I am probably the only person you will know that is happy about putting on a little weight..
Anyways back to this outfit. I paired these jeans with a lace detailed sweater also from NY&CO. This sweater can be dressed up or down. It also comes in white with black lace and grey with black lace. so gorgeous I want them all. I added the yellow hooded puffer vest for some color. I love jackets and vest with hoods. I have a hard time finding outerwear like this so I had to snag it. I paired this entire outfit with my JustFab booties. This entire look can be found online shop this look now!
Booties, booties, booties.. You can’t have a perfect winter without booties! I have been slowly making my collection of booties for the fall and winter, how crazy is it that I didn’t have this amazing taupe color! The key to having a great shoe-drobe is to start off with the basics. Make sure you have your black, brown, taupe, cognac, sometimes blue. I say sometimes because blue can be hard to find. Lately blue has made statement and you can’t miss it. Styles are often limited so if you see a good pair grab them!
Now back to this beautiful faux suede goddess. Her name is Sansa and the heel height is 3′. Awesome to give your figure that awesome lift and perfect for walking or standing. I am so loving the thick heel trend right now, because “no lie” the stiletto’s were killing my feet.. however don’t sleep on stilettos.
“Stiletto pumps, in the club,
Whoeva thought that these girls would get crunk,
Stiletto pumps, in tha club,
Whoeva thought that these girls would get crunk
We rockin stilettos *&^%”
Who remembers that song.. anyways.. Divas these shoes are a must have this winter.. This bootie is a year around shoe, perfect for all seasons and easy to dress up or down.

It’s back to work for many of us including me! I am stepping it up with this sophisticated 3 piece sweater sweater suit. Eva Mendes knows how to coordinate color, patterns and class. She doesn’t just do this in 1 option but makes it for all body types. for example if skirts don’t look good on you, don’t worry this also comes in a dress version. I love that Eva Mendes and NY&CO cater to all sizes just like me!
If you remember a few blogs back I have the all 3 piece teal version of this outfit. I figured why not and get the printed version so I can interchange the two!
I love to layer so the turtleneck top is quarter length, great for the office. The cardigan is great to pull on over the sweater. It’s the right weight for those chilly days. Let’s take a minute for this skirt.. the stripes and the movement that it gives it’s amazing! It’s not easy to match a pattern from front to back but Eva has mastered the tailoring on this piece.
My foot work with this piece was pretty simple and I choose a blue suede bootie. I found these booties several years ago on GoJane.com, I will make sure to leave a similar look below. Topping this look off with my winter collection Coach bag… with a hint of sparkle. You know I love sparkles.
Oh Yes and if you are not into blue this come in purple!
Welcome 2018. I am stepped into 2018 feeling fabulous, blessed and ready to conquer this year! I am liven my life like’s Golden! Jill Scott could not have said it better.. I had to start the new year off with this fun and sparkly outfit. Sponsored from NY&CO off the shoulder sweaters are still in trend and will be here through this year! The gold sparkle ombre effect is what caught my eye. The sweater is very soft and can be worn as a cowl neck or off the shoulder.
Ladies New York & Company has been killing it with the cutest jeans all year. I had to snag these beauties.. The gold foiling and distressing on the cuff of these jeans is the perfect match with this sweater. I didn’t stop there, my wedding “Nina” shoes added the icing on this outfit. Simple, cute and sexy. you can easily wear this outfit with a cute pair of boots or tennis shoes if heels aren’t your style. Kick off 2018 in style!
